Agreed. That was my point when responding to:

I don't believe anyone can even claim this stock at a tax loss because it is still considered a marketable security but people are unable to sell it to make their unrealized losses turn into realized ones

IHSI can still be disposed of, via a broker, to claim the tax loss.
