This 8k is a relief. Good job management. Some will sell in the morning, but the smart folks are gearing up for the bigger news due anytime in December. This isn't pumping, just realistic. 3%'ish due over a six month period is a drop in the bucket. The naysayers will try to spin it, but this is a win for shareholders.
