In the NioCorp 2017 10K report on page 51 it mentions NioCorp owns 100% of Silver Mountain Mines Corp.

In the NioCorp 2018 10K report, on Page 2 of Part 1 it states the Company's only current subsidiaries are 0896800 BC Ltd. and Elk Creek Resources (ECRC) as its current subsidiaries. There is absolutely NO mention of Silver Mountain Mines Corp, in the entire 2018 10K report.

Rather interesting situation as I don't remember seeing any documents saying it was sold or written off, or whatever. Wouldn't think it could just disappear from annual reports without an explanation. But then again, I'm not an attorney or auditor....
