Has Hamilton City Council voted on a decision to allow the completion of phase two for the greenhouse expansion ?
TGODF shareholders not entitled to spinco shares. Everyone who has invested their money in this company should be treated fairly. If shares can't distributed on a level playing field to all investors, then they shouldn't be distributed at all. Being partial or favoring particular investors isn't good policy and doesn't provide the investor with the same rewards.
