Yep sad but true wimusky, and all because he foolishly fell in love with selling stock instead of adequately making the necessary adjustments when problems arose! Instead of making the course corrections needed he simply put the blinders on and kept diluting and pretending all was ok. But when he took a good hard look in the mirror when the problems with FocalinXR first arose in early 2014 I'm sure that was the exact point in time that he figured out how truly incompetent he was at running a pubco and therefore he masked his incompetency and at least 1 CRL that we know about!
Time proved that sprot was 100% spot on when the FocalinXR fiasco first reared its ugly head that that was the beginning of the end for this company!
Spring 2014 was when the FDA yanked FocalinXR approval and that should've been when every single 1 of us sold and never looked back!
I ended up with my biggest ever loser out of this investment which I once had over half a million dollars in paper gains on. But the lessons I learned here I will never forget and at least now I have plenty of losses to offset my gains made on mj.
For everyone who got screwed over by Odidi's ineptitude I hope they rise from the ashes and hit some grand slams on other plays!
