I'm telling you this is a modern day pump and dump. In the past companies would use promotional PRs and then have a third party pay penny stock news letters to pump it up while insiders and/or investors dumped their discounted shares onto stupid retail investors.
The new scheme is obvious, it is paid articles put out via press releases which are not yet recognized as paid pumpers by unsuspecting retail investors. Buyer beware!
