I should know this - Where can I find pre-ipo filings? IE a company is getting ready to file in Canada to go public on TSE or VSE or CSE? I have been out of such analysis and research a long time and when trying to find that info could not locate correct spot. NO ticker symbol or even not 100% sure on exact name.
