Well, if he pays for an article, can't we ? how does it work ? we don't want to spread false information and risk of being suited...just pure facts.

That's just it unfortunately wimusky...he had a full 10 years to actually prove that he/IPCI could successfully develop AND commercialize so-called hard to manufacture generics...and he failed miserably at successfully commercializing any ANDA over the entire 10 years!!!

And he/IPCI also failed miserably at successfully commercializing a single NDA! In fact a full 10 years into the dream and IPCI doesn't even have 1 single NDA candidate filed/submitted with the FDA at this exact moment...let alone a single FDA approved or successfully commercialized NDA right!!!

And after a full 10 years on the job, that's just not good enough...especially when this company blew through $12M per year in dilutive financing supposedly developing ANDA's and NDA's that would supposedly create measurable shareholder value!!!

So somewhere north of +$100M of dilutive financing over the past DECADE to only have this company generating a paltry $2M per annum and have 3 already approved ANDA's sitting on a shelf collecting dust because they missed their commercialization window of opportunity so badly.

And the dilutive financing just continues unabated at historic lows...with no increase in shareholder value coming anytime soon because this CEO hasn't done a damn thing in the 10 years he's been at it but fumble his way along spending 10's of millions of dollars on R&D that never translate into a shred of inherent value sigh!
