Control is easy...yes BUT issue is why would a new merging company want all the old deadwood shareholders that hold down 200,000,000 common shares..plus PFD

WHY wouldn't they clean house with a R/S? Price would go up and they would decrease issued...they mentioned uplisting and that comes with new requirements?

THEY need shares to raise money..crux of going public on otc.end of story!

Bizarre they haven't even disclosed any details of merger...anywhere !
