Somebody posted the Battelle patent some time back trying to demonstrate that Vivos is not a patented IP stakeholder here. I read the patent, and Battelles idea they wanted to go to market included the use of glass beads to be impregnated at varying radiation levels.
Because it wasn't germaine, I ignored it, but it was within the last few weeks. Look up Battelles patent.
My understanding is that Vivos achieves the variation of radioactive intensity in the liquid which gels WITHOUT either glass or metal beads / seeds and Vivos has patented their variation with protections in some 17 countries.
I would like to find that too. Haven't dug it up yet, but I'll keep trying (when I have time, running out today). I think both parties may have wanted to keep the details confidential (if Battelle gave them a sweet deal they wouldn't want other companies they deal with for other technologies to use that against them and Vivos wouldn't want anyone they go into business with use the information to argue against what Vivos is charging) so I'm not holding my breath on actually finding it.
