And I hadn't even thought about places that only allowed medical and not recreational. That makes sense that dispensaries balked at doing business there as medical-only could be dicey.
I drove by Blums location in San Leandro when I was back home around Thanksgiving. Just from the looks of where they were at with construction I'd say mid-late Jan would seem reasonable for being done, definitely didn't look like it'd be ready by eoy like they've been saying recently. I'll drive by again in a few weeks when I'm back in the Bay and see what progress has been made
