Perez shares are not being sold into the market as far as i can tell and why would he? that would make no sense. OTCX has been here since summer smashing and manipulating out share price since summer time way before Perez shares were converted.
btw just incase i haven’t mentioned OTCX is a scam fraudulent vulture capitalist MM who the SEC should start looking into.
