Actually, the latest news release was NEWS. As for losses: the tides of fortunes ebb and flow. I've made and lost millions do this. If you can't handle losses then penny stocks are not for you. I've always said one needs a cast iron stomach to trade them.

I bought into a stock earlier this year at .0004. One of the guys on the board had something like 30 million shares with a cost basis of .003. He was underwater on the shares for years. Suddenly the stock took off and went to nearly .02 cents. That guy recovered all his losses and banked 6 figures. I did very well on my shares selling the last of them right near the top. I just checked the ticker - the stock closed today at .006.

It's crazy because I also went over and looked at their last filing. They have:

* 3,453,073,447 shares outstanding

* $717.00 in cash

* $3,121,193 in liabilities

* Stockholder deficit of - $3,027,559

* ZERO revenues for the 3 mos ended Aug 2018

* and a loss of $ -224,043 for the 3 mos ended Aug 2018

BUT IT HAS A MARKET CAP OF $20,718,440 - GO FIGURE

If you own SPMI, be patient (unless you want to sell for tax loss). If you don't - put it on your watch list. Like I said, I've paid a lot for my education, so while I could be wrong, think of it like this:

In the World Series of Poker they start out with thousands of players. When it gets down to the last 2 or 3 tables you always manage to see a lot of the same faces from previous years. Fancy that. Yeah, there's a new guy or gal here and there, but year after year -- same faces, same names. That's how it is with many in the penny arena. You see folks come and go on RB, SI, iHub -- but some of us have been around SINCE THE 90's. We were here when these boards were born. Of course, if you've been around as long as I have you've seen some of the players taken by the grim reaper.
