The new CEOs report suggest that AGTK is not a grower!, they are more of Real Estate co in Cannabis Sector, one of the few companies in the cannabis real estate section!..
They can either grow and generate revenue, or do something better with the lands they own. Since they claim they are not growers, and do not have any plans to get into growing, the best way to monetize and generate revenue is to Lease it to some other growers!!...monthly revenue is guaranteed!!!....
