Been watching this one for a while. Imo the attraction to this stock for me has less to do with leglislation or public acceptance of cbd products both of which affect the mj sector across the board and more to do with fundamentals and clientele. This company seems to have good management and a relatively solid balance sheet with a consistent track record Cash on hand with a quick ratio in the positive. No dilution to speak of and an ability to get financing besides issuing stock if needed and a strong connection and commitment to the Chinese community. They seem to handle what they take on responsibly and don’t appear to become over leveraged in the near future. They don’t seem to let greed blur the necessity to maintain a strong bottom line With their core in the Chinese community they will be the go to mj play in that market which is huge. They are the trusted players for that community in America. Considering a position here. Any other insight would be appreciated. Please PM me.

Demand for CBD products in both Japan and South Korea – countries with high relative spending for wellness and cosmetics – could further catalyze demand for China's hemp-derived CBD.
