Companies that are not struggling with financing, do not enter into floor less convertible arrangements.

Thank you, that shows that they took action to ensure they had enough money for financing future projects which they did a couple of months before they made the announcement of acquiring Bridgeport! I knew there was a reason they were getting more money when at the time they had as much cash as they have ever had on hand. I thought it might have been for the Long Island projects or for possibly Beacon Falls. Then unbeknownst to me and everyone else they came out with the acquisition of Bridgeport of which they needed 15 million Cash 4. I appreciate your diligence and your feedback.
