The only spin i have ever seen is to be listed on a major exchange. In order to do that the price per share must be adjusted, or rise and stay up 3,000% for $3 price.

Long term (3 years) price trend has been up. Growlife was trading sub penny for a while, it only broke up past a penny early last year and spiked to 5 cents. Since then traders have whipsawed the price simply to make money.

More important though, since the spike, revenues have increased substantially and the business is growing quickly with storefronts, new products, and acquisitions - EZClone.

People see growth in this company, otherwise they would not have raised one cent of the 2.5M that they got.

Just stating some facts along with my opinion.

The question is
when he will implement R/S so that maximum # number of people lose their holdings and he can clean house and start dilution all over again.

Could already be underway. First they have to file with their State of incorporations SOS. Seeing as this is a Delaware corporation finding out if he's filed is not as easy as finding out if this was say a Nevada corporation, which freely posts filings to amend articles of incorporation like this. For a Delaware corporation you would need to call the SOS to find out. If and when that is done they need to file with FINRA. That is easy to find out, so he can only keep it a secret at the beginning.
