This is a SCAM. One would have to be naive, ignorant, or a greedy insider looking to make a quick buck to get involved here.

St. Louis was founded in 2000 as private and morphed into various "public entities" in multiple shells......

This regional printer has claimed profit again and again in PR's but it's always been in debt.

Where does the money go? It doesn't go to stockholders.
