Wow! That's a really BIG DEAL!! Very few, if any, companies go to litigation with TCA and not get destroyed. The fact that $LFER was able to do it and still come out on top shows that they're the real deal!!! Awesome NEWS! Way to GO!!
They finally got rid of those scumbags at TCA. They're probably one of the worst hard money lenders in the market. This should be very good for LFER going forward. Glad to see they were able to weather that storm. - JMHO
