But there are 300 million restricted so the numbers are lower. More like 800 million shares. NHPI based on a market cap that would fit should be worth at least .80 on the merger then multi dollars later in 2019.

Based on 2 billion AUM with a 2% C&F = 40 mil. X 5 = 200 mil ÷ 1.25 billion O/S = .16
