I think its about the package however mills often get lumber from all over the place and "Some" export the lumber > like Oregon to Japan for example

MKS - Correctamundo! They wouldn't be owed tariff refunds if they hadn't exported lots of lumber since the amount they are owed is apparently sizeable enough to have put a monkeywrench into our negotations to purchase the mill(s).
