You were the one promoting Greasy Grego's allegations last week. Why? You just blindly trusted that those scumbags were telling the truth. You dogged Aphria the whole time. Don't preach about manipulation unless you want to admit you jumped the gun. Complete BS.

Greasy Grego's Report no longer has any credibility. It has been debunked as being full of lies and half truths in order to deceive and panic Aphria investors into selling their shares to drive down the share price so that he and his team can make money. He's a short seller, that's what he does. He does not have altruistic motives to 'help' Aphria investors.

His 'Report' was put together using publicly available documents and pieced together in a way to try to deceive people.

Over the past several days, Aphria investors and others have poured through these public documents that he used and have exposed the lies and deception in the report. People on the ground in the LATAM countries have visited the actual acquisitions and took pictures (the Jamaican farm, Sensei House, distributor, etc.) and have posted them online for everyone to see.

I'm looking forward to seeing Aphria's rebuttal on Wednesday in order to learn more about these acquisitions because I am interested to hear more about my company and what they've been up to. I no longer need their rebuttal to tell me that the accusations are false, as this has already been proven by others who have done their due diligence this week.

You should not have fallen for the words of a Short Seller and panicked and sold your Aphria shares. ...in times like these, you need to see through the lies and take advantage of the situation by being able to buy up more shares of a company like this at a steep discount, that's what I did - bought in at the bottom at $4.85 CAD.

Defrancesco is not an insider of Aphria - he's not an officer or a director of the company. Vic knows him and so probably had the first shot at acquiring the LATAM assets that he busted his a$$ on the ground pulling together. They are good assets and Aphria paid fair value for them - as determined independently by Haywood, Clarus, and Cormark Securities, and as supervised by numerous law firms (all the documents are public). Through the acquisition of these assets, Aphria owns the only import and export license and the ability to sell Cannabis in Argentina - a country of 44 million people. If Aphria did not buy these LATAM assets, another MJ company would have.

...and why are you on this forum if you don't hold any Aphria shares?
