The recreational and medical marijuana business is going to explode once it is decriminalized. And Altria is going to be one of many players. Imagine when the drug companies start to play. Altria will never be able make up cigarette revenue if there is a non-addictive mandate. They sell $5 billion a quarter which 85% is smokes.
