Give us a break. You actually believe all that crap Lebed was putting in those alerts? More of your expert due diligence? Read his disclaimers. He is basically saying it could all be made up and he has no responsibility for it.
I think he did speak with Wittenberg but what he put in the alert was probably a gross exaggeration of what was really stated. I can't imagine anyone even thinking that wittenberg would say those things.
