I am quite sure we had this discussion previously on the Yahoo Board. The reason plaintiffs waited was because a conservator's duty is to preserve and conserve. The Net Worth Sweep and the huge profits soon after the third amendment
made it clear that FHFA had no intention of conserving and preserving. They didn't wait much longer to begin filing the law suits.

It is simple. Read what did FHFA/Hank announce and pay attention to their assurances to public. Also pay attention to how revolving door bureaucrats conspired to mislead public with lies and secret documents.
