So what I found interesting is so far 38 states have had this going on filtered through NY.

Anytime easy money is made the expansion of that scam will explode.
In other words won't be long before that 38 states is much more.

Just for fun I'd love to see if legally if one could sign it, get the funds, withdraw the funds, close the business, and say screw you how does it feel?

OK, I'm dreaming here I'm sure they got a way to stop that but if possible I love messing with scumbags.

And yes, I know people wrong signing this type of document but this is insane this type of document can even exist when it is so one sided where someone can meet the terms but still be robbed.
