Why not "work" in front of the scenes with transparency? Did they get evicted from the Houston high rise apartment that shareholders were paying for? Did the container demo get repossessed? Hiding behind the green curtain? Seriously?

Contrary to some peoples belief, the company is working behind the scenes to bring something back together

First it was a scam, and there's nothing to bring back. They backed themselves into a corner in 2015 making false claims about their Mexican adventures, and the Jan 2017 8K pretending to be a gold broker was a bute. Things they would've been required to account for in a 10K. Instead...

They did what cornered scams do - sort of forget to make the filings. While continuing to pump away, and dump stock. This one tried to bail out from the requirement by filing an 8K saying they had changed accountants. Then instead of just supplying the audits for 2015. 2016 to bring the filings up to date (which they couldn't since it would've exposed the scam), they tried a Form 15 to deregister. Only problem the SEC wouldn't accept the Form 15, and delisted the stock 2 weeks later.

There's no "working behind the scenes" as that would mean the DDCC scammers would have to come clean with the SEC, and in the process exposing themselves as a past scam. The SEC would deep six it.

The only purpose the facebook nonsense provides is to molly-coddle those scammed, keeping any class action SH lawsuits away. Which usually accomplishes nothing anyway. Meanwhile SHs don't even have a ticker to trade, and never will again.
