In my view only 2 options are viable for shareholders that would make the most sense even though the current financial state and share structure are horrible beyond belief. 1st option is lrs takes controlling interest and spins off ecos to run the digester end of it minus current management. And 2ndly is the Korean company that manufactures the digesters uses ecos to take them public for the north American operations. Both these ideas are a huge pipe dream which more than not will never come to fruition anyways but figured I would throw it out there lol

I hope you can see the tie in with Goldman investing Millions of dollars in Lakeshore Recycling( their business is taking companies public.) Lakeshore was issued warrants to purchase up to 15 3/4 % of ECOS outstanding stock with the ECOS BIO/art partnership signed in 12/2016.

Now Goldman releases a buy recommendation on the Waste industry in the US as a hedge against a downturn in the economy.

I feel something is developing in the Food Waste / Landfill industry.
