Absolutely correct! Its hard to ever want to be a shareholder in a company where you are not sure if you bought the A Shares or B Shares.

Some GLDFF investors have no clue what share type they bought??? Wow!!

If you have to question the integrity and honesty of a person's character its best to walk away!

When investors have so little trust in GLDFF management to make decisions and accomplish DD, that several times per week they contact the company to decry the merger?

When investors have so little confidence in GLDFF leadership that they contact the CES to attempt to stop GLDFF managements merger plans?

When investors so distrust GLDFF management that they claim they are hiring legal representation to stop managements plans?

Yes, that CLEARLY show's doubting and distrusting the CEO and CFO of GLDFF. "question the integrity and honesty of a person's character its best to walk away!" So little trust in GLDFF management!
