VRUS closed @0031 officially on E*TRADE , Fidelity and Nasdaq And IHUB ...Obviously a System Malfunction On your end...here’s the E Trade link showing 0031 https://us.etrade.com/search?q=Vrus ...I would try changing the mode from “Practice Play” to “Trade for Real “
