Wishful thinking doesn't stand up in court.

As Eric is repeatedly finding out, when he tries to avoid litigation by not filing an answer, and responding to lawsuits and judgments in his blog, rather than in court.

HHSE now owes millions in valid judgments, and wishing that the judgments are "frivolous" or that Arkansas courts will overturn valid out of state judgments, is just that: wishful thinking!

First off, nobody buys S-1 stock. Secondly, there is no reason to register the shares if they intend to hold shares one (1) year or more.

Registering their shares subsequent to a 10-12g is a waste of money if none intend on selling.

What are the terms of the stock purchase agreement by and between the purchaser and the issuer?
