The theater opened in Sept, 2017, so it was indeed open for at least a year after Henry opened it back up, until it was closed for renovations. So in one year the revs are known by those who needed those numbers for the sale/ deal.

As far as wishful thinking, that's the case with every sub penny pink in the world.
