You have been provided sufficient information about ICBU to understand it is a scam. That document doesn't provide any information nor direction as to the validity of ICBU. Remember, ICBU presser stated "LCG Plastic" NOT "LCG Plastech" as the company signing a $1.78 billion deal with the Indian government.

Then, when it was pointed out to you and everyone else here that even LCG Plastech doesn't even remotely come close to the production capacities of the top 10 Indian PVC manufacturers, such a deal would have never happened. It was further pointed out to you that previous contracts such as this one involved multiple companies based on regional needs and supplies. That reduced transportation costs and provided revenues to local towns throughout the country.

Yes, this is most certainly a scam.

Yeah again it is a .gov address. THAT MEANS GOVERNMENT. I gave you a straight response. It might be a scam or it might be the next big thing. All I am posting is DD.
