In my mind I have tried to be respectful of Rod. I have worked with veteran officers and my grandfather was an officer in the navy during Vietnam. I believe that people who have taken up the cause to serve the country during war is a very brave thing.
That said, it does not mean that they are good business men/women, and sometimes are not good people. I believe ones actions speak louder then words. After all if a veteran officer committed a crime, I won't allow them a "pass" because they served our country.
As a CEO, he should be focused on multiple things. However, his "focus" on the expansion should be done. He has a hiring agency in place, a manager at the location, and vans being rented. The expansion in Utah is now part of standard operations. Please also respect that Rod could have hired an accountant to audit his books, or even had his accounting staff work on that while his "focus" was on the expansion. Or he could have released SPRV current share structure, cost of WebtoDoor buyout, or who owns principal shares of SPRV. All of which shouldn't require an accountant, but hasn't.
I honestly don't expect finances until after the lawsuit is settled whether by trial or by settlement. I think its a way to keep the finances private and make sure the lawyers can come up with a settlement number before they realize how much or how little SPRV/WebToDoor has.
