elmono,

When I take a position in a stock it is for the long term since I'm a value investor. Since I did my DD I bought in at an average of less than $1.50 now.
And I've already discounted for a full usage of the shelf. 120MM shares out. After that financing should be done as much as possible by revenues and partner(s).

My investment thesis in INSM is still intact (I evaluate each event). Besides: INSM is about 1/6th of my portfolio. But also the rest are plays which will play out until 2008-2009. But in that timeframe I'm expecting a return of 50-100% per stock over the average.

That's a lot more than what I could have at a bank in that timeframe.

GL in your trading endeavors, E.

"<<< I would be very very surprised if in the next weeks a full and final settlement will be reached.>>>"

Actually I am surprised this has gone so far. I thought that perhaps DNA would not risk publicity of a trial like this. But maybe that is something that INSM played into. There is still time, and even last wekk something was to be put on the table.

By the way, I agree with most other things you say, and I welcome your comments very much. It was thought that Iplex would quickly differentiate itself from Increlex, and in fact at first it seemed to, but these results (at least as published) are not so stellar. It would take a new development (truly excellent phase II results, or a partnership) to get us moving again, barring a trial victory.
