At this point it's a crap shoot. I think they will probably restructure this with a reverse split. They are at 2,328,568,318 Outstanding Shares with Authorized Shares at 3,000,000,000.

Where is the room to restructure? It's BS.

The shareholder is not going to be their main concern. Raising funds is their main concern. They need room to issue more shares. Reverse, rinse, repeat. OTC pink CEO's don't care about shareholders. They care about raising funds. Funds are raised by selling shares.

If this guy Bob cared about shareholders, he would not have let this ticker go to .000x's
