All the DD so far indicates a share reduction if you read between the lines. There was a share buyback. 300 million shares are already restricted. That leaves between 800 and 900 million shares. IMO a rs is not needed. There is more than one way for them to up list. And the price point can be 2, 3, or 4 depending on the method they chose. Doesn't have to be 4.
