This stock channel trades with no dilution. The no dilution part being the key. That's why. Once a true valuation come into play, then we can complain about stock price/price action if it doesn't move. Remember, all debt was paid off. Check the filings.

I'm more interested on how they came up with the 40 million shares valuation to pay for Hemp Traditions. That is what I find more interesting

I agree..Disgusting what happened here towards closing.. Lots of shares being DUMPED @ 5's. Yuck yuck. Friday dumping will be worse..
