The "company" has reported good earnings for many years while making horrible shareholder value loss for many years. How you know you have a really bad stock is that it performs really bad and it has promoters who blame the market, shorters and bashers and whatever external reason. Bad track record is there already for the company and it's promoters. Go look the promises made and what really happened. Proven wrong countless times.
