Yes it went to $2.00 but I believe that was with the group that Snaper ended up in litigation with to get his patent back. They were pumping the stock and he was not happy about it. It was really early in the development stage and he knew it would be a while. That is what slowed this thing down in the beginning. Mr. Snaper and David (his financial funding guy) were able to bring in $500,000 in a deal. Mr. Snaper planned on using that for R&D but ended up spending most of it to get his patent back. They hired a CEO (I cannot recall his name) and wrote a pretty good business plan. But the CEO lived in Washington and worked very part time for CTDT. Basically he accomplished nothing. Mr. Snaper was able to lease the machines in Rhode Island and prove the concept (including getting a GIA report stating it was real diamond - even though they had know idea it was manufactured). He just did not have enough funds to work out the measurement issues. Some time during this process Mr. Snaper started relying on LT. For all his oddities LT did everything he could to make sure CTDT stayed compliant with SEC regs and filed regularly. They canned the CEO and then David introduced them to Delisle's group. This was one week before I went and met with them about investors. Delisle's group followed through and he brought in Chas. LT was shown the door and Chas took over all the responsibilities. Eventually they hired Lauzon and brought in another scientist (can't recall his name either but his expertise is nanotechnology). Lauzon was a disaster and never ensured any filings were done. That is what we are paying for right now. Fortunately during this time frame they kept the R&D up and solved the measurement problem. That was the big hold up on production. Now that they are ready it has been the financials. The good news is Chas has been able to build some key relationships while we have waited so when they go into production they already have some distribution channels in place. I know he has a lot of really good and exciting information to start sharing. Next year should finally be a great year for CTDT shareholders. I think we see good pps response mid week if they really do finalize things by tomorrow and the chill is off Monday. But I think early next year we really begin to see the company operate and that will open all kinds of doors and possibilities. I know this was a lot more than you asked but some people here might not know the history.
