Imho we havent ever seen the shares of the financer. They are mostly still all restricted per otc markets transfer agent. We may have seen a few mil trickle out through the summer to drag us down, but since then its been quiet.
There is just no volume. No reasons to buy, and since zero vol, no possible way to sell... At least any significant quantity. Not that little 100k shares vol we regularly see.
