Hi Len,

I've added titanium to help ward off some effects of aging (neck and back). My PT guy taught me how to use a Total Gym when I was recovering and for most of 20 years now I've kept up the training. Upper body one day, core another and then aerobics on the 3rd. It keeps it from getting boring.

I've found that it's the "when" more than the "what" with nutrition that helps me the most. I just can't make pit stops in the kitchen any time I want and keep healthy.
