The best advice I can give you is to go to the data on the home page of this sheet and read through the press releases. As to third party verification, I can't do any better than that. I can tell you, though, how I decided this was for real.
I don't know whether the unaudited financials are still available on their website, but what I did was to print out and review the unaudited financials from June 2005 through May 2006 that are to serve as the basis for the audited financials that everyone is waiting for. I've been an auditor and accountant for the last 27 years and read financial statements like most people read books, and I can tell you that, if those statements were fabricated, they are the most brilliant fake statements that could ever possibly be constructed. To be false and to be as good and real as they seem, they would have had to be constructed by someone who knows accounting and the building industry inside and out. I concluded that no scammer could be that good, and that they must be real. I made my first share purchase the next day. Hope this all helps.
