I looked on Sunbiz.org for details of the current status of Global Consortium.

The merger between $BDCI and Global Consortium was in fact completed on 10/17/2018 and filed on 10/18/2018.

This is important to $TGGI as it relates to the unwinding of the devices which will belong to $TGGI at the end of the transaction.

Important detail since $BDCI still has this statement "...The Issuer Affiliate company has developed several patentable items for the Cannabis Edible market, which the Company will begin marketing as soon as the patents have been filed. ..." in its 3Q2018 Report.
