They released that within hours after the short sellers report on Monday...they have no proof of any wrong doing

Anytime there are rumours circulating about potential 'fraud' many law firms step up to try to be the first to represent a class. The costs with doing this are small - if there is no fraud they just drop it and look for the next potential 'class' to represent. That's why we have seen so many law firms advertise this in the past few days to try to be the first and to jockey for position.

When the dust settles, the facts are presented, and there is no evidence of wrongdoing, they will just disappear again into the woodwork.

And I will add, there is currently NO PROOF of any wrong doing by Aphria. The short sellers report has now largely been debunked.

I feel bad for those who sold the stock on its way down...but i don't feel bad for the shorts who are now losing money as the stock climbs back up
