Why is the mining company registered in Pennsylvania?

This reminds me of several years ago, I was judging a science fair, and one entry proposed to explain how the universe worked, based on faulty premises. The results of that project were right on, BUT, being based on faulty initial assumption, there was no way his explanation could be true.-----Same thing applies to certain assumptions made about ICBU. If the assumption is made that a mining company register in Pennsylvania is the same as the mining company in India, then there is no way for there to be any proof of ICBU being a scam. As was stated, "You do not need to be a rocket scientist to figure this out."
