Fortunately we know the folks who are dealing with this matter. It's illegal, unethical and so much more. Its being handled in a timely manner without impeding other legal inquiries and investigations.
Even by chance of this scam becomes an honest company, the legal complaints are very compelling, viable and will be pursued aggressively IF not by that point.
Item 8 on page 37 of the quarterly report published yesterday states there is no litigation that will affect operation. So I don't know. All is hearsay.
