Solomon is dragging his feet again. He will pay the 5c if not in dec then in jan.

The trick now is to increase dividends, grow TRW and pay back Garrett and ECAB all at the same time. For that we need a special event.

My prediction is that a cash dividend will at least have been paid by the end of the first quarter next year. I expect the first record date to be this year but I am not sure this will come true. I will not be surprised if two cash dividends of 5 cents each are not paid next year. I think the probabiity of these two dividends being paid is less than 50%.
