1) Financing is imminent but it is not in Managements' hands so they refrain from giving an exact timeline
2)Contracts with contractors have been negotiated and Mark will give Scott the green light to sign as soon as financing is confirmed.
3)Our Belgian red shovel will be used shorthly after financing is obtained. A local permit is still needed before construction starts but given the enormous local support I do not expect that to be a problem; Consultans are working on this issue since a few months.
4) Looking at all the changes in the Nordmin plans I have no idea what it will finally do to the capex , but it certainly looks that opex will be lower and EBITDA higher; I cannot wait to see the results; I have been told several times that financing is not necessarily waiting for these results.
The only reason why I am losing sleep is that the ground breaking ceremony could happen during my vacation in Spain and I have to tell my wife I bought tickets for Nebraska instead of Spain.
