$TGGI hasn't sold any $BDCI stock. The 3Q2018 $BDCI Report clearly says shares were returned as the transaction is being rescinded.

"... 40 million [ $BDCI ] shares have been returned as the transaction is being rescinded. ..."

So with all due respect, the 'sells back' assertion isn't accurate.

Now, when he wants cash, he 'sells back' some of those shares
